In the latest edition of Woman's Day (15th November 2010), the magazine has deliberately attempted to mislead the Australian public by making a false statement, and attributing this statement to Schapelle.
This statement is the heading for the article and it also appears on the front cover at the top of the magazine.
The TV advertisement for the Women's Day magazine reinforces this false statement.
This outrage from Woman's Day is just one of several this year, all designed to shape public opinion against Schapelle, and lessen her chances of receiving clemency. Woman's Day, and its owner Channel 9, appear hell-bent on ensuring that Schapelle does not return home to Australia.
One can only assume that they want her to die, as she will do, by her own hand, if the clemency application fails.
This statement, that Schapelle does not want to come home, is a complete lie. They have put false words into her mouth.
They have utilised a 'Sound Bite' technique to implant this falsehood into people's minds.
Please, do not be deceived! Schapelle is desperate to come home. She would prefer, of course, to come home a free woman, rather than in handcuffs as an exchange prisoner.
She has already served more than sufficient jail time for a crime she did not commit. She is seriously mentally ill and needs to be released on humanitarian grounds so she can receive much needed medical treatment, before it is too late.
